Once felled are returned to our base, our hardwood is 'seasoned' to allow it to dry naturally for at least 12 months. Our processed logs are stored under cover and are only supplied to our customers after the moisture content has dropped to below 20% - we use a digital meter to check this. We also now have a new wood processing machine that can produce logs of any length to suit your wood burning stove - please ask when ordering your supply for the next heating season.
