Litton Logs

Our Kiln Dried Hardwood Logs are available all year round in loose loads. They will average 20% moisture content. These hardwood logs have been cut to 8/9 inches in length. All are dried in our fully insulated kiln which uses specially adapted stillages to allow the logs to enter and exit the kiln on rails. When the kiln is fully loaded we know that we have 14 cubic metres of wood to dry. Knowing the type of wood we have loaded into the kiln we can then assess accurately the weight of the logs in the stillages.
